How to help:

The virtual reunion website is completely volunteer and community driven. The goal is to have an almost real-time archive of the reunion that others can watch or check out later.

For this to work, we need lots of media and contributions from the community. We are looking for contributions from everyone.

It sounds like we may have some equipment to borrow for sound recording, cameras, etc.

At a few weeks before reunion, we are still looking for cool ideas, and help with the backend.

At reunion, we'll need people on the ground to take pictures, record events, write, etc. So bring your equipment, and let us know! I expect that some people will be almost "journalist" like, and we may ask you to record a specific event or take photos. Others will take a few photos, or shoot a little video singing on the stoop! We want to capture it all from a million different angles, and put it on the web!

We'll also need people to help set-up, collect media, do some minimal editing, help people upload files. You don't need to be a computer wiz -- we plan to get the process down to something manageable -- but we will still need some people to work at the virtual reunion table for a few hours.
